If you searched for a beachfront hotel suite in Da Nang, the name on the building is the easy part. The room list is the part that decides the window. I checked three properties on Võ Nguyên Giáp on Agoda on 28 October 2026. Two of them sell rooms that are actually called suites. One of them has the word in the hotel name and a windowless double in the list. I have not slept in any of these beds. The listings did.

- Beach distance is two numbers. Agoda’s highlight says 40 metres for Fusion, 70 metres for Altara and 30 metres for Yarra. Fusion’s nearby-landmark list names Phạm Văn Đồng Beach at 40 m. The same pages pin My Khe Beach at 1.44 km, 1.05 km and 900 m. A highlight and a landmark pin are not the same ruler.

Fusion Suites Da Nang
Fusion Suites Da Nang is the one I would open first if the search was a beachfront suite. Agoda’s English name is Fusion Suites Da Nang. The accommodation type on that page is Serviced apartment, not Hotel. Stars are 4.0, and the tooltip says the gold stars are provided by the property. I am not promoting that to a government rating. The tooltip is sitting on the page.
Agoda’s own score is 8.8 from 4,085 reviews: service 9.4, cleanliness 9.1, room comfort 9.1, value 9.0, facilities 8.7, location 8.5. That is the Agoda count. I am not folding in a second website to make a nicer average.
Check-in is from 02:00 PM until 12:00 AM. Check-out is from 12:00 PM until 12:30 PM. Reception is open until 12:00 AM. That checkout window is half an hour. I would set an alarm. A 12:30 door is a clock, not a mood.
The structured property block says 129 rooms, 23 floors, opened 2015, renovated 2019, one restaurant, one bar, and non-smoking rooms. Daily parking is 0 VND. Wi-Fi is listed as free in all rooms. Breakfast is 250,000 VND unless the rate includes it. Airport transfer is 400,000 VND. Agoda’s airport distance is 5.64 km and the travel time is 20 minutes. Distance from the city centre, on the same block, is 5 km.
The beach line is the one people will argue about, so here it is twice. The highlight says 40 metres to the beach. The nearby-landmark list names Phạm Văn Đồng Beach at 40 m. The My Khe Beach landmark pin on the same listing is 1.44 km. Han River Bridge is 2.79 km. Da Nang International Airport (DAD) is 5.64 km, and the travel time in the property block is 20 minutes. The map pin is 16.08101, 108.24693. If you want the sand outside this building, start with Phạm Văn Đồng and then look at the photos. If you want the famous My Khe pin, that pin is further along the beach. I will not average the two into a third number.
Room names on the list I pulled: Chic Studio, Family Suite, Fusion Suite, Fusion Suite with King Bed, Ocean Suite Family Room, Ocean Suite with King Bed, Penthouse. I did not find a standard double in that list. A studio is still not the penthouse. Book the name that matches the window. The ocean suite names are the ones that say the sea.
One policy I would read before adding a person to the bed: guests aged 12 and over are an extra VND 1,000,000 per person per night when using the existing bed, and that charge includes breakfast. That is Agoda’s policy note.

Stars are 5.0 gold, provided by the property. Score 8.7 from 6,826 Agoda reviews: service 9.0, value 9.0, cleanliness 8.9, facilities 8.6, location 8.5. Check-in from 03:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM. 95 rooms, 33 floors, opened 2017. One restaurant, one bar. Non-smoking rooms: Agoda says no. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Sauna and a steam room are on the highlights. I am not stating a breakfast price. That extras line was empty, and an empty line is not a free breakfast.
Highlight: 70 metres to the beach. My Khe Beach pin: 1.05 km. Dragon Bridge: 2.67 km. City centre distance: 5 to 6 km. Airport time: 15 minutes.
The room names I pulled are suites: Serenity Suite, Harmony Suite, Zen Suite, Bliss Suite, Peace Suites, Altara Suites Three Bedrooms, and 1 Bedroom Suite City View. A city-view name is in that list. If you want the sea, do not book the one that says city. The name is the room.

The room list is why this hotel is on the page, and why I would not stop at the hotel name. Agoda’s names include 2 Bedroom Apartment, Premium Sea View Room, Partial Ocean View Double Room, Deluxe Twin Room, Junior Suite King, Junior Room Ocean View, and Superior Double without Window. A suite name and a windowless double are both for sale. I would read that line twice before I paid for the word Ocean on the building and woke up looking at a wall.
A La Carte is a mix
A La Carte Da Nang Beach is at 200 Vo Nguyen Giap. Agoda lists 4.5 gold stars, provided by the property, 8.6 from 9,060 reviews, 202 rooms, 24 floors, opened 2013, renovated 2023. Check-in from 03:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM. City centre 3 km. Airport 20 minutes, transfer 450,000 VND. Breakfast 450,000 VND unless included. Highlight 130 metres to the beach. My Khe Beach pin 160 m. Those two are closer together than the other three hotels. I would still read both.
The room names include 1-Bedroom Ocean View Suite with Balcony and 2-Bedroom Ocean View Suite with Balcony. They also include Studio City View and Light Studio. “All suites” is not what this list says today. The pool on the roof is the rooftop pools guide. I am not repeating that page here.
Booking the ocean name
I am not calling November to February the peak. The beach hotels fill when people want to swim, and the beachfront hotels guide is where the June to August busy period on this strip is written up. The practical point here is smaller. The rooms that go first, when the sea is the reason, are the ones whose names say ocean or sea. Fusion’s Ocean Suite with King Bed and Ocean Suite Family Room. Altara’s names that do not say city view. Yarra’s Premium Sea View Room and the ocean-view junior room, and not the Superior Double without Window. A La Carte’s ocean-view suites, not the Light Studio.
Check today’s rate. A free-cancellation rate locks that price. I am not printing a discount, a percentage, or a countdown. Agoda did not hand me a rooms-left number, and I will not invent one to make the button twitch.

Are the gold stars an official rating?
Agoda says the gold stars are provided by the property. Fusion and Yarra are 4.0. A La Carte is 4.5. Altara is 5.0. That tooltip is the claim.
